New issue 428242 by ***@chromium.org: mojo:example_window_manager: error
handling on bad URLs
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=428242

Repo:

./mojo/tools/mojo_demo.sh --browser

Type something that doesn't resolve, like "mojo:monkey", or "foo:bar" into
the URL bar.

Expected:

Some kind of visible error, UI state unchanged otherwise

Actual:

Nothing happens. The next navigation opens a window that is offset as if
the previous one had succeeded.

Since we don't have any support for things like alert boxes in this
environment, we can just do something dumb like flash the window red on
error, or paint the background of the input element red.

This will require actually detecting the error, which should be possible
via listening for errors on the ServiceProviderPtr passed to Embed().

I spoke to sky@ about this and he said he would add an API to ViewObserver
so that embedder apps could know when the embedee had gone away. Once that
is added, we will be able to fix this bug correctly.

I landed the ViewObserver change at
b36f7570135682da5606501ef5dd1cb16682f9db . aa@ wanted more than this though
(updating demo). I'm passing back to him to update demo as appropriate.

@7, you can follow the progress on getting window_manager handling key
events at crbug.com/431047. (Mouse event handling just landed).
