What steps will reproduce the problem?
Preliminary step:
- correctly install the driver of your smart card reader, then
install "Software CRS" (link: http://goo.gl/LWATH )
Steps:
1. Connect Smart Card Reader to USB port and insert the smart card (CRS
Lombardia card)
2. Open browser, navigate to http://supportsiss.lispa.it/pdlk/asss.html
3. Click "OK", then click "Consulta il tuo fascicolo sanitario elettronico"
4. Click "OK" to confirm the selected certificate
What is the expected result?
- it should ask PIN of smart card, then corretly open the website
What happens instead?
Error 141 (net::ERR_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_SIGNATURE_FAILED): Unknown error.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
CRS Lombardia is a card owned by all italian people (resident in Lumbardy
region) and it is widely used to provide services by the National Healt
Service.
