Yes, that one. This app is used for the Google and non-Google APIs.

identity.getAuthToken: should only display a scope approval screen for
Google services

identity.launchWebAuthFlow: may display arbitrary web based auth flows,
which could be a scope approval page, but could also include any other
pages that the provider sticks in the flow, such as a sign-in page, a page
that asks you to identify the device you're using, etc.

I had a window pop-up in Chrome that looks like a Google Auth screen, but
there is no URL, no desciption, and the shape seems wrong. The only text I
could find with the window was, "Identity API scope approval UI". Also it
does not recognize that I am logged into Chrome and Gmail (with the same
account). Unless I can see where the page is being loaded from, it seems
like phishing!
